Day 28 WATER FAST

Day 28 still tired, weak, and beat up. My husband is dealing with his fast one day at a time, but can't wait to feel better.
The positive news today was his weight, he is at 207 pounds, 47 pounds lighter then when he first started 1 1/2 month ago.
He fasted the whole month of February, you will feel tired just by thinking about it, right? I have to admit it is quit an achievement. Let 's hope that he will hold on until the end.

Eat Right Feel Great

Have you ever eaten a fast food burger after it was cold? it is disgusting, isn't it?. Don't you thing that if it is  that bad cold , when it was warm it was good just by illusion, just because you are addicted to what ever poison they put in it, just to make you eat more and more all the time?

Day 27 WATER FAST

Day 27 in the water fast. You know what is crazy? the days are flying, it is been a tough, challenging, hard and painful experience for my husband, but it is going fast enough, we can't believe he is few days away from reaching a goal that looked impossible at the beginning, and now he is getting closer to the end.
Today was a regular day, no special complains, but we are hopping for better days.

Day 26 WATER FAST

Day 26 today, still feeling weak and beat up. My husband did a Salt Water Flush again today, he is still loaded with toxins.
It is scary to see that after 16 days of Master cleanse and 26 days of Water Fast , he his still evacuating toxins and feeling tired.
After going trough this, one thing is certain, it was hard but necessary, we just can't imagine what kind of diseases he could have had, if he stayed overweight and stuffed with toxins and God knows what else.

What 's for Dinner

The 3 S Diet has a simple daily menu, Shake in the morning, a snack, a Salad for lunch, a snack, then a Soup at dinner, and that is the 3rd S of the 3 S Diet.
What is more satisfying then a rich hardy soup, especially in a cold night? 
Soup is actually a comfort food, it is what moms used to make for dinner, a rich meal that uses a variety of vegetables, sometimes legumes , with or without meat, slow cooked with herbs in a broth, and very soothing.

Day 25 WATER FAST


Day 25th, tough, very tough day, my husband is getting desperate, he is still in the down phase of the water fast, every day, he hopes to feel better and have a good day, it seams that he won't get to the up phase of this challenging fast.
Besides feeling tired, beat up and weak , he has no other complains, like that is not too much already.
The countdown to day 40 is getting closer , i can't wait to see him reach it.

Healthy Satisfying Lunch

At lunch time everyone of us looks forward to a have a good meal, but good doesn't mean unhealthy quiet the opposite, a good meal has to be healthy rich and satisfying.
Just be honest, how do you feel after eating an unhealthy meal? let me describe how you feel. When you first start, you eat with a lot of appetite, you feel like you needed that, like your body was missing something, that is the description of addiction. Then towards the end the food doesn't taste as good anymore, too strong and heavy but you can't stop , something inside of you pushes you to finish it, that is addiction as well. When you are done, you feel bloated, the feeling of an upcoming heartburn, and you feel sad because of two reason, a part of you is missing that food already and an other part of you regret eating it.
In few word, it is an experience that you regret but you can't wait to repeat.
Isn't it dramatic that we end up being this way, a meal is supposed to bring us comfort, give us energy and make us feel great, not the opposite.
Witch brings us to what i recommend for Lunch during the 3 S Diet: Salad, the second S, a rich satisfying healthy salad, a mix of greens, vegetables, may be even fruits, nuts, seeds, and protein.

Day 24 WATER FAST

Day 24 still doing the Water Fast.
Just to remind you of what my husband is doing, he is in day 24 of the water fast, the usual now is a salt Water Flush first thing in the morning if he feels weak and looks grey, he drinks plenty of water , one liter of it is Alkaline Water, and Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tea spoons in a glass of water once a day, just because he doesn't tolerate the taste anymore, but normally he should be taking it 3 times a day.
His biggest complain is, he misses food, he feels like the days are too long and that he can't take it anymore, but he finds a way to get back in track and goes on with his day. He is pretty active, busy all day, but he feels exhausted at the end of the day.
He is still going trough the healing crisis, he has mood swings, he has skin eruptions and boils, he is dizzy sometimes, he has insomnia, he has frequent urinations, and extreme fatigue sometimes.
All that is expected and possibly more, looking forward to the end of this.

The 3 S Diet Snacks

Yes Snacks, you are allowed two snacks a day in the 3 S Diet.
You can snack on:
-Fresh Fruits.
-Dry Fruits.
-Nuts.
-Protein Snacks.

Any Fresh fruit is good for you, especially if it is organic, but it will be better if you choose a low calorie one. Here is a table taken from www.weightlossforall.com that shows the average calorie per fruit.

Any Dry Fruit is good for you especially if it is organic, but it will be better to choose a low calorie one.

Any Nuts are good for you especially if they are organic, but the best choice will be Raw nuts and almonds are better because they are alkaline, that is why i take a handful of almonds in my morning snack.

Protein snacks should be chosen carefully, you want something natural and healthy with no chemicals additives or preservatives, a protein snack low in calorie rich with vitamins and enough proteins. Safe and Healthy even for Kids!!

Day 23 WATER FAST

Another exhausting day, my husband is tired beyond description, but he is sticking wit the Water Fast, i am very proud of him, i don't think i can do this my self.

Healthy Breakfast in a Cup

Have you seen the walt-Disney movie Wall-E ?
The movie has a good point, remember when i said that we became consumers, consuming what ever is given to us, we actually buy and consume things that we don't even want or like, we are driven to do it by what is called advertisement. This powerful marketing tool, brain washes us into believing that we need, want, and can't live without a useless sometimes harmful product. Our way of life is making us less human, by becoming consumers we just go on consuming without giving our body a chance of ever getting up and becoming humans again.

Day 22 WATER FAST

Day 22 in the Water Fast.

Can't Do a Water Fast? Read This

Day 21 WATER FAST

Today is day 21 in the Water Fast, according to an extensive research, starting day 21 the brain's functions get optimized. My husband is looking forward to see the real positive effects of the Water Fast, and to feel as good as new.
No complains today but he really really misses food.

Day 20 WATER FAST

Today is a big day, my husband has reached half the 40 days, he can't believe that he stayed without any food for 20 days, now the countdown has definitely started.
Here is his progress from day 1 to day 20:
he started on january 14 at 254 pounds, today he is at 216 pounds , a total weight loss of 37 pounds.
His Eczema is healing, not totally cured yet but looks much better then when steroids were used.
His Back pain went from a, 8 to 9 over 10 pain level, to a 3 to 4 over 10 pain level and that with no medications what so ever or any treatment of any kind.
He has no complains, he is not even hungry, but he misses food terribly.
This challenge started a little over a month ago, now my husband is half way to the end of this extreme makeover, the goal is to do a major deep cleanup of a body used and abused for years, and that in less then 2 months.
This is the best thing you can do for your self,  just do it it will be over quickly.

Day 19 WATER FAST

Almost half way in the 40 days of Water Fast, my husband is excited but tired .
This morning he was feeling bloated, even if he had the Herbal Cleansing Tea last night , it wasn't enough to help him liberate his colon from all those nasty toxins, witch made him weak and gave him muscle and joint pain.
So we decided to do a Salt Water Flush only not the whole Master Cleanse protocol but just the Oral Enema, and that was the key, few minutes after he had the salt mix, his digestive system was flushed like never before even better then a regular enema.
After that he felt beat up and tired, but he is not bloated and in pain anymore.

Day 18 WATER FAST

Another day passed, a lot more to go, right?
Today's incident was, a skin eruption on my husband's left side, and a huge painful boil.
Like i mentioned yesterday these symptoms are part of the Healing Crisis, just be patient, drink a lot of water, and don't forget to drink Apple Cider Vinegar it will speed up the healing process, i know you must hate it by now, but still drink it, it is good for you. 
Water is the only thing allowed during the water fast, it is not for you to drink only when you feel thirsty, but you have to drink as much water as you can handle, it will help you heal as well.
Bottom line, drink Water, a lot of Water, a good filtered water and don't forget to get at least 1 liter a day of Alkaline Water.

Day 17 WATER FAST

Day 17 sounds good, my husband feels Ok, he is not dizzy or tired , he is actually active and alert, nothing like from day 2 to day 11, the 4 days of master cleanse helped a lot in clearing toxins.
My advice to you is, when you do the 10 days Master Cleanse at the beginning of this protocol, be flexible,  you don't have to do it for 10 days only, you can do it for up to 40 days , it all depends on how you feel.  
The possible symptoms that you can have during the 10 days of Master Cleanse are:
Increased joint or muscle pain
Diarrhea
Extreme fatigue and/or its opposite, restlessness
Cramps
Headache (believed to be caused by buildup of toxins in the blood)
Aches, Pains
Arthritic flair up
Insomnia
Nausea
Sinus congestion
Fever (usually low grade) and/or chills
Frequent urination and/or urinary tract discharges
Drop in blood pressure
Skin eruptions, including: boils, hives, and rashes.
Cold or flu-like symptoms
Strong emotions: anger, despair, sadness, fear, etc.
Suppressed memories arise
Anxiety
Mood swings
New phobias develop
This symptoms are signs of the Healing Crisis, witch means that your body is eliminating toxins, and you should help your self by extending the 10 days of master cleanse to as many more days as necessary to clear as many toxins as possible, and remember the cleaner you are the easier the Water Fast will be for you.

Day 16 WATER FAST

We are back in business, today is my husband's second day after the 4 days master cleanse, he weighs 222 pounds , and he has no complains.
He took an herbal cleansing tea last night, witch helps him evacuate his colon in the morning.
His is in a better mood, his is active and alert nothing like before the 4 days master cleanse.
His goal is 40 days of water fast, he is almost half way.
All this started back on january 14th, now after a little bit over a month, he is a completely different person,   he misses food no doubt about that, but he knows that once all this is over it will all be worth it.
Most of his friends started or already did the master cleanse, they are all changed men, if you didn't start yet every day that goes by is a lost day, so what are you waiting for?

Day 15 WATER FAST

Yesterday was day 15 in the Water fast. My husband did a water fast not a master cleanse on day 15, he did the master cleanse for 4 days, from day 11 to day 14, now he takes an herbal cleansing tea at night witch helps him evacuate his colon next day in the morning and get rid of all the loose toxins.
His day was by far much better then before the 4 days master cleanse, he is not dizzy or weak, he is active and has more energy, and best of all no complains.
By doing a master cleanse for 4 days his weight went from 220 on day 10 to 224 on day 14. If your weight  goes up during a transition from a water fast to a juice fast or a lemon fast (master cleanse), don't worry it is totally normal because the minute you give your body few calories he makes sure he holds on to anything he can because you made him work on a 0 calorie diet for few days (in my husbands case 10 days), the extra weight is just a water retention, it is not fat, and it doesn't mean that you will gain weight as soon as you go back eating.
Remember the master cleanse and the water fast are designed to help you reboot your system, get your metabolism working again, eliminate all the build up toxins that you accumulated during all these years, be patient and be strong, it is just a matter of days and you can go back eating again but this time be selective and be healthy, treat your body with respect and keep it from falling a part again.

day 14 WATER FAST

Day 4 in the Master Cleanse, my husband feels Ok no physical complains, but one thing is for sure , he misses food.
We may do an extra day of master cleanse tomorrow just because he is still evacuating scary staff after the oral enema.
When you do a Water Fast, try to get as much moral support as possible from your family and friends, it is hard to go through the privation alone, it is hard to go on and not quit, get all the help you can get, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity that you have to take care of your self and do what is best for your body, don't miss it.

Day 13 WATER FAST

Today is day 3 in the Master Cleanse, my husband feels ten times better then 3 days ago.
He was weak, and dizzy, not anymore, he had abdominal pain, back pain, joint pain, and chest pain, all gone, he is evacuating scary staff after the oral enema, doing a master cleanse after 10 days Water Fast was definitely the way to go.
He will probably do a master cleanse tomorrow as well, just because he is still evacuating things after the Salt Water Flush, and we don't want those things stack inside of him and making him get worse.
I will never say it enough, do anything you can to get through this, but DON'T QUIT.

Day 12 WATER FAST

Day 2 in the Master Cleanse. It was definitely the right thing to do, my husband feels much better.
He has no complains, he did the usual protocol: Herbal Cleansing Tea the night before, Salt Water Flush first thing in the morning, 3 times Apple Cider Vinegar Mix and six times Lemon Mix.
He was surprised to see that his colon was heavily loaded after doing the oral enema, his urine is still dark color, his boils and eczema are under control, and he is not out of breath anymore.
Like i said before, listen to your body, help the cleansing process by doing few days of Master Cleanse, and DON'T QUIT.

Day 11 WATER FAST

Today is day 1 in the 3 days Master Cleanse, this master cleanse is intended to help evacuate the load of toxins that was weakening my husband for the last 8 days.
During the Water Fast, the body try to cleanse itself and to repair damages occurred from the toxins accumulated throughout the years. If those toxins stay inside the body in the bloodstream and in the evacuation zones the body gets weak and symptoms start accumulating.
The evacuation is done through the colon, the kidneys, the skin and the lungs, all these organs have to be healthy to get rid of the toxins, but when the load of toxins is higher then what these organs are used to, it accumulates and makes things worse.
In my husbands case, during the last 8 days he was dizzy and extremely weak witch means the toxins were loose in his bloodstream. He didn't have a bowel movement witch means that the debris and toxins were stored in his colon and the toxins absorbed back to the bloodstream. His urine was dark sometimes too dark almost orange-brown, witch means that his kidneys were clearing most of the toxins coming from his blood. He had boils on his left arm pit witch means that his skin was struggling to clear the excess of toxins. And he was out of breath most of the time witch means that his lungs couldn't handle the load of toxins.
Isn't it scary to see that, all that was inside of him all this time , like a ticking bomb looking for a way to explode as a disease ?
Your experience may be different, my advice is, if you don't seem to get better and have energy within few days , do a 3 days master cleanse to help your body work faster, and get results faster.
After a day of master cleanse, my husband simply feels great.

Day 10 WATER FAST

Day 10 is finally over, my husband is still feeling horribly tired, he can't go on anymore, as i mentioned yesterday, we are going to do a 3 days Master Cleanse, starting tomorrow.
Today was hard enough, his complains were, dizziness and back pain, his eczema is getting a little worse.
So i think it is time for Master cleanse to wash of all the toxins that are making him feel tired and making his back and eczema feel worse.
If you are doing a Water Fast , hang in there and try to go as far as you can but if the down phase goes on for too long do few days of Master Cleanse, then see how you feel.

Day 9 WATER FAST

It is starting to be hard to handle, today is day 9 of my husband's Water Fast, it is been tough for the last 7 days, no sign of getting better yet, and the weakness is getting to him.
Today was not better then yesterday, but no other new symptoms.
He had a detox tea yesterday at night, and today after sunset.
Still taking Apple Cider Vinegar, and H2O2.
We decided if things stay the same we may do 3 days Master Cleanse to get rid of the heavy load of toxins discharged in his bloodstream.
What ever is your complain, no matter how hard it is to bear, try to not quit, this is your only chance to reboot your body, feel as good as new, and most importantly escape from sickness and diseases.

Day 8 WATER FAST

Another bad day.
After the coffee enema last night , my husband felt better, he wasn't dizzy anymore, but he still felt tired.
Early in the morning, he was the worst so far, he had chest pain, pain in his abdomen, he was extremely tired and extremely dizzy, he was out of breath, and he felt bloated.
He did another enema this morning, just one cup one time 10 min, no change, he started having joint pain, still bloated.
He took a nap in the afternoon, still no change, he feels dry but he can't drink water anymore, still bloated.
If you do a water fast, be carful listen to your body, rest and take it easy, but don't quit.

Day 7 WATER FAST

Again another tough day for my husband. We really started to worry when one of his friends who is a neurosurgeon told him that his liver and his heart will crash and that he has to eat or expect the worst.
When i heard the word Liver and with it overloaded with toxins, i thought why don't we try a liver cleanse?
I went over my notes and my research, and i dropped the idea of a Liver Cleanse (because it has to be done after a parasite and a kidney cleanse), but i found that doing an enema now is not only safe (because i worried about doing it yesterday , coffee and fasting didn't seem safe) but recommended, a coffee enema when done properly actually does a Liver Detoxification, how cool is that something that he can do and without compromising his fast.
So we went ahead and did a Coffee Enema twice for 10 min, the trick is to hear a gargle under you right ribs. And that was successfully done, we are hopping now that he we feel better because he liberated himself from the toxins that loaded his liver and colon.
So if you do a water fast expect yourself to get worse before you get better, and DON'T QUIT.

GET RID OF ACNE


Acne is the most common skin problem that people of all ages suffer from, but mostly young adults between 15 and 25 years old.
Unfortunately the real affect of acne is the skin damage the scars, so taking care of acne doesn't only involve getting rid of it for few day but forgetting about it once and for all.
To do that, here are the basic rule that i came up with after my research:
-Your skin reflects what you eat. So rule number one is have a healthy diet.
Your biggest enemy is SUGAR, and by sugar i mean anything that is sweet, my exceptions are raw organic honey, organic maple syrup, and the naturally sweet fruits, dry fruits, and vegetables. and a big NO to refined sugar. Sugar it self organic or not is just a poison.
Then comes all the caned boxed and packages food that contain an enormous number of additives, and food preservatives that destroy your skin and make it look older. 
-The product you use for acne treatment, if you are using medications or the ones made from chemicals that actually burn your skin and damage it even more making it impossible to heel, you are just making things worse.
-Dehydration, we all thing that we drink enough during the day and if we do we don't actually drink water, so as a result your skin get dehydrated and then damaged.
-Make up, you know if you think about make up, it is just a mask that you actually wear to hide your imperfections, witch make your skin get worse and worse because it can't breath, the real solution will be to take care of those imperfections instead of hiding them, because one day you won't be able to hide them anymore.

So if you want to wake up one day acne free, here is a the perfect recipe that will make you forget you have ever had acne but the trick is do it now before the scares settles in.

-Healthy diet, organic is the way to go, no junk food what so ever, no sugar or sweets of any unhealthy kind, stay away from man made dairy products and anything that has white flour, and few words here are the Foods to avoid: deep fat fried foods; refined starch and sugar; hydrogenated fats; cooked fatty meats, especially hamburgers on white buns; hot peppers; chocolate.

-Apple Cider vinegar: 1 table spoon with one table spoon of honey everything ORGANIC of course in warm to hot water at least twice a day.

-These juices can treat acne and boils (www.detoxifynow.com)

Wheat germ oil: rich in inositol, which enhances metabolism of fats, thereby reducing excretory burden on skin; contains pyridoxine, which enhances peristalsis and thus improves digestion and assimilation of nutrients and elimination of wastes; 1-2 tsp. daily, after meals; may also be rubbed directly onto skin eruptions.
. Wheat germ: same benefits as wheat germ oil, but less concentrated; also rich in silicon, which builds strong fingernails and healthy hair.

. Green (sweet) pepper juice: in combination with equal parts carrot juice; 1-2 pints daily.
. Other beneficial foods: active yeast (in warm water); soy beans; fresh lemon juice (no sugar); alfalfa tea; raw potato slices rubbed directly on skin eruptions and raw potato juice (1/2 pint daily)

Day 6 WATER FAST

Day 6 and my husband is still not feeling good, he is actually feeling very very tired, he is extremely dizzy, he thinks he can blackout at any moment, we are not sure he can take this any longer.
Plan B will be to do a juice fast for 2 to 3 days, it will help with the cleansing, but it will be harder to go back to the water fast. Anyway let's hope he will feel better soon.
He weighed himself today and he is at 227 pounds.
He just too tired, that is his major complain.
I think we will try to wait until day 10 of the water fast before we decide to go to the juice fast.
If you are doing a water fast try to get a new project when you start your fast , get your self busy with something that will not take too much effort to do, having something different to do will help you focus on it, and forget about the food deprivation, and you can assess the change in you between the first day and later during the water fast.

Day 5 WATER FAST

Ok it is becoming very very hard for my husband.
Today is his 5 day without any food what so ever, he is drained, he feels weak, he is dizzy, and he is almost with no energy.
He weighed himself again today and he is at 229 pounds, he is loosing an average of 3 pounds a day, he looks taller.
His hands are kind of getting a little worse and that is expected too, any disease will get worse before getting better, that is the rule of the cleansing and of the water fast.
We are hoping that he will start feeling better soon, that way he will be able to keep fasting.
And one thing that is crucial during the fast is to drink a lot, a lot of water, getting dehydrated will damage your body, and the healing benefits of the water fast will not be possible.

Day 4 WATER FAST

One less day, but tough day.
My husband is kind of active but his energy level is even lower than yesterday.
He is dizzy and tired, still muscles pain, but his flu-like symptoms are gone.
He didn't go to the bathroom since day 1 of the water fast, we hope it means that his digestif system is all clean.
Today he weighs 232 pounds, 6 pounds less then the 29th.
His hands are still improving, almost no pain in his back, just muscle weakness.
We are looking forward to see him get better.
He misses food, wouldn't you?

Day 3 WATER FAST

Today is a tough day.
As expect around the 3rd day of water fast, your body will use it is last card before stating the healing process. It is been more then 3 days since my husband's last meal, he feels tired, no energy, he has flu-like symptoms, all his muscles hurt, his back pain increased, and his dizzy.
Now the trick is to go through the next couple of days, he will still take Apple Cider Vinegar 3x/day, the prescheduled H2O2 drops, and his liquid multivitamins.
His body is pushing him to eat , to provide fuel and nutrients, but he should be patient because once passed this phase his body will use it is own resources to survive, and that is what we are looking for, his body will go to work and use every unhealthy cell to make new healthy ones, eat the fat, eat the infections, and eat the scare tissues including any tumor known or unknown.
If he is patient , he will feel better soon, we hope.
One less day, only few more to go.
