GARLIC POWER

Garlic doesn't only make food taste better, it is an essential part of a healthy diet. The trick is, to eat it RAW , you can still use it when cooking, but for it is ultimate health benefits eat it RAW.
I know it is unpleasant to eat garlic specially raw, but if you think about it as a good way to stay healthy, it will make the after taste worth it.
I made a salad dressing the other day, if you blend salt garlic cayenne pepper and apple cider vinegar , drizzle the olive oil until you have a vinaigrette, you will end up with a unique healthy dressing that has plenty of garlic but without the bad taste. This serving of dressing will probably save you from cancer because cooking garlic kills it's anti-tumor properties.

Alkaline is GOOD

What do you think is Alkaline?
Remember in high school, those boring classes in chemistry about Ph, yes that is the one, same meaning, Alkaline simply means something with a Ph higher then 7. Anything below 7 will be acidic and 7 is neutral.
Our body's Ph is normally at 7,385, bellow that our body becomes acidic that is when we start getting sick and hosting all kinds of diseases. To have and keep our body healthy our Ph has to be alkaline, optimum functionality is achieved when alkaline.
The trick here is how do we get our body to maintain it's healthy alkaline Ph?

A MASTER SALAD

As i promised, here is the recipe for yesterday's salad.
This salad includes, vegetables, fruits, seeds and nuts with the healthiest best salad dressing you can have.
-Romaine lettuce.
-Freshly shredded carrots.
-Green Cabbage.
-Spinach.
-Tomato.
-Apple
-Grapefruit.
-Sunflower Seeds.
-Pumpkin Seeds.
-Pecans.
Put the Seeds and pecans in 250 degree oven for 3 min (don't toast them, just heat them up to bring up there flavor, raw seeds and nuts are much better), then crush them.
Cut the veggies and fruits the way you always do.
Mix the dressing using:
-Organic extra virgin Olive Oil.
-Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.
-Garlic.
-Sea salt.
-Cayenne Pepper.
We should call it, "magic potion" not salad dressing,. It combines 5 extremely healthy healing ingredients.
Mix the salad, add the dressing before eating, and enjoy.

Day 16

Today is the last day in the Master Cleanse, we finally made it.
Here is my husband's results after the Master cleanse:
He lost 16 pounds.
His hands without any cream or steroids are a lot better, as you can see in the before and after pictures.
He feels great, he has energy, and he looks different. People are asking him about the secret behind his dramatically fast change, we are excited and happy to have done it, and most importantly he is looking forward to start the Water Fast, witch is the real intention behind all this.

Day 15

Today is day 4 in phase 3 of the Master Cleanse.
Orange juice or Lemon mix in the morning
We are making salad for lunch, i will post the recipe later.
At night fruit salad.
The one amazing thing after this Cleanse, you are going to enjoy healthy food that you used to dislike in the past.
It is a whole new you, enjoy feeling healthy again.

HEALTHY HARDY SOUP




When going back to food , you will need to follow the steps described in going off the Lemon Cleanse.

At dinner the third day , you will eat vegetable soup.
Here is the recipe for the soup i made for my husband yesterday evening:
You will need Organic or at least fresh vegetables from a farmer's market:
-1 small potato
-1 butternut squash
-3 carrots
-1 small sweet potato
-1 Zucchini
-1 onion
-1 celery stick with leafs
-1 table spoon of freshly grated ginger
- sea salt
-cayenne pepper
-1 table spoon of olive oil
- and of course filtered or boiled water, enough to cover the vegetables
First saute the diced onion in the olive oil in a stainless steel pot.
Add the celery finely chopped stick and leafs.
Add the SEA salt, cayenne pepper, and fresh ginger.
After you dice all the vegetables, add them to the pot without water.
Stir everything really well , then add the boiling water, cover and let simmer for few minutes.
Et voila , you are done, serve hot.

Day 14

Today is day 3 in phase 3 of the Master Cleanse.
Everything is going well, my husband was glad to eat today, it is been 14 days since his last meal.
In the morning he had the freshly squeezed Orange Juice, at noon vegetable broth and a good hardy soup at night. He also had the Apple Cider Vinegar mix 3 times today.
The funny part about us human beings, once we are deprived from something , we appreciate it a lot more, usually soup is not my husband's favorite dish, specially vegetable soup, but yesterday when he had the broth only the soup looked appetizing, and today he ate the soup we so much appetite saying that it was the best soup he ever had, i will post the recipe later.
Other then that he feels great , he even mentioned toady that since he started the cleansing he never felt hungry, and that means that he is not addicted to junk food anymore.

Day 13

Today is day 13 in the Master Cleanse, and day 2 in phase 3. My husband had no problem drinking orange juice all day, he is feeling fine, he will have broth at night, and so far his stomach feels good, no signs of distress or discomfort.
So far 16 pounds lost, looking forward to loose the rest.

Day 12


Today is a big day, phase 3 of the MASTER CLEANSE.
My husband is very happy to drink something else than the Lemon mix, a freshly squeezed orange juice mixed with water tasted better then ever.
His rash is fading away, his neck is back to normal, and he feels great.
He weighed himself today , and guess what, he is at 239 pounds, 15 pounds less then when he started 12 days ago.
His overall experience so far was better then he hoped for, the hardest part of the cleansing was the SALT WATER FLUSH in the morning.
Now he is going off the Lemon fast, the protocol is listed under "back to food" label, check it out.
The one thing that he will keep doing is the Apple Cider Vinegar Mix.
Time goes extremely fast , don't wait anymore, start the cleansing , it will be over before you know it.

SALTY IS GOOD !!

We all like the taste of a salty treat, right.
Salt makes food taste better, food without salt is practically tasteless, no matter how spicy it is, if it doesn't have salt it won't taste right.
But isn't salt dangerous for us?
Yes regular salt is bad for you, but SEA SALT is actually VITAL for you.
Regular salt, table salt, man made salt is the one incriminated in those scary diseases that we hear about.
On the other hand SEA SALT is important to maintain a good health, here is why:

Going off the Lemon Cleanse

-Day 1:
Start with 4 Oz of Organic Freshly squeezed Orange Juice mixed with 4 Oz of Pure Water. Depending on how you feel drink several 8 Oz of Organic Freshly squeezed Orange Juice diluted in water if necessary.
-Day 2:
Drink several ounces of Organic Freshly squeezed Orange Juice (diluted in water if necessary) during the day.
In the evening, make a fresh homemade Vegetable Broth (not store bought even if organic), Use seasonal leafy and root vegetables such as: beets and beet tops, turnips and turnip greens, kale, carrots, onions, parsley, celery, potatoes, okra, one or two kinds of legumes, squash, beans, a little salt, cayenne pepper and dehydrated vegetables or vegetable powder may be added for flavor (no MSG or hydrolyzed protein).
Cook lightly. Drink the broth, eating only a few bites of the vegetables.
-Day 3:
Organic Freshly squeezed Orange Juice in the morning.
At noon, same Homemade soup in day 2, you can eat some vegetables.
Absolutely NO meat, fish, eggs, sweets, bread, pastries, tea, dairy products, or coffee.
At night, soup with vegetables.
-Day 4:
Organic Freshly squeezed Orange Juice, or Lemon juice with maple syrup in the morning.
For lunch, fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts.
For dinner, salad or fruit.
-Day 5:
Eat normally but absolutely NO junk food, no dairy products, no coffee or tea, no white flour or white rice, and no heavy animal proteins.

If after eating, you don't feel good, signs of abdominal distress or you pass on gas, YOU WILL HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE LEMON FAST FOR FEW DAYS UNTIL YOUR SYSTEM IS READY FOR FOOD.

Day 11

Today is day 10 in Master Cleanse, we were going to start phase three today, but we decided to continue today with the Lemon cleanse because he has a red pimply rash surrounding his left arm pit.
If you read HEALING CRISIS, the rash is a possible reaction to the cleansing, it means that toxins are being kicked out of his body. It started yesterday, but it is really bad today so more cleansing today until it  goes away.
So if you have any reactions, any infection, pain, or anything at all that happened during the cleansing, you have to go on with the Lemon Cleanse until you feel better . You want those toxins completely out of your body.
The Master cleanse should be done for a minimum of 10 days, it depends on your body and the surcharge of toxins, each one of us will need a different duration but a least 10 days.
With that said one more day of Master Cleanse today.

Day 10


Day 10 at last, this cleansing was harder then we thought. The challenge was:
-First get used to the amount of liquid involved.
-Resist the cravings.
-Overcome The Salt Water drink first thing in the morning ( it was probably the hardest thing to do)
-Bentonite drink (here is a tip DON'T mix it with the Lemon Mix, it makes the whole drink hard to swallow, mix it in a little bit of water on the side and swallow it), good thing you have to do it once a day only.
-Drinking as much involve going every few minutes to the bathroom.
-Missing the food.
If we look at the bright side, my husband looks better then he did in years, all his friends noticed that he changed, he lost some weight, he looks healthier, has a lot more energy, he is calm and in control, and best of all it happened in no time.
So those of you out there that are tired of the way they feel, try this cleansing, it will change your life.

CAN YOU AFFORD IT?


The first thing that we think when we hear ORGANIC, NATURAL, or HEALTHY, we think expensive, out of reach, and difficult to get. But the truth is, healthy food is AFFORDABLE, i said affordable not cheap, and here is why:
-Do you ever look at your store receipt ? I guess you do, just in case they overcharged you, right. I want you to look at your receipt, and actually look at what you bought.
-Did you really need all that? as i talked about it in JUNK FOOD, sometimes or should i say most of the time we buy things because we saw the commercial. But did you really need that?
-Witch food did you spend the most money on? vegetables and fruits or snacks and goodies.
-Did you think about buying something good for your health? How much was that for?
-Did you forget the drinks ? oh no go back, right.
-For the kids, milk, chocolate milk, yogurt, cheese,... they have to have calcium, it is important for there growth, but is non organic good for them?
So, what did you spend your money on?
If we calculate it right, you spent your money on nothing, or should i say on things that actually hurt you make you feel weak and feel bad. You can save 100% of your money if you stop buying the wrong food.
The idea is, you are not supposed to buy healthy food on top of what you are buying already but instead.
And something else, once you are not going to be addicted to certain foods , you will eat because you are hungry not because you have to, witch means you will eat less, and the rule is what matters is not the quantity but the quality of what you eat.

Day 9


Hi, day 9 sounds good, one more day and you will start phase 3 in the MASTER CLEANSE witch is going off the Lemon Cleanse.
My husband feels Ok, he is kind of tired, but he is excited, he is starting to really feel the benefits of what he is doing.
He has energy, he is calm and relaxed, a little bit depressed but that is normal.
Nothing new to report.

GOOD VERSUS BAD

Did you ever look at food and say, is it good for me? Guess what? you should. As someone once said: "you are what you eat", so check out what you eat, because it does matter.
When my research started, i was only concerned about my husband's health, but as i began to read about food, the source of the food, and the risks of each food, i came to think that , no matter who you are , or how you feel, you should be-aware that, if you don't know what you are eating, it is just a matter of time before your body starts falling a part on you. So the sooner you consider updating your way of life and specially your diet , the better it is for you.

Read about it, it is quit interesting, the general idea is, stay away from packaged processed and preserved food, in two words junk food, and remember anything that is man made is not good for you.

Day 8



Where is the food?
I don't know about you, but my husband really misses the food. He can't stand the lemon mix anymore.
He took BENTONITE for the first time yesterday (we bought it online, it took time in the mail), his stool was solid couple hours after the SALT WATER FLUSH, so don't worry if that happens to you.
Besides that he feels good, his stiff neck is better, nothing else to report.
To really succeed in doing this, you have to motivate yourself, and get support from every one around you. Make sure you don't quit, the 10 days cleaning is almost over, hang in there.
Here are tips to make you stronger and motivated:
-Get rid of all the junk food that you have in your house, car, or where ever you can have access to it,that food is for ever forbidden to you and to your family. Remember it is the source of your misery,don't let the addiction get to you, no more buying unhealthy prepackage poison. Save your self and your family, say no to sickness and disease.
-Talk about what your are doing. Talking about the cleansing will motivate you because you will convince yourself and others, that this is good for you, that you have taking the right decision concerning your health and your well-being. Talking about it will remind you of the benefits and the positives results of what your doing, you will have more strength doing it.
-Get your family's support specially who ever is living with you, make every body be and think healthy.
-Share the positives results. How much weight you lost? how much lighter you feel because of the cleansing? how did the cleansing help your condition?

BE CARFUL WHEN YOU CLEANSE

During the MASTER CLEANSE or any cleansing, your body is detoxifying, witch means that when the hidden and stored toxins are out in you bloodstream , your symptoms will increase or more you will have new ones. This will happen because the cleansing is a fast harsh way of clearing the body from the toxins that have been there for quit sometime, it is just normal that your body will fall a part first before getting better , but be aware that in certain situations you may need medical care if the symptoms are severs, like i said before listen to your body this protocol is meant to do good not to harm you.

Tragedy: Not recognizing arthritis and low back pain as signs of dehydration in the joint cavities and treating them with pain-killers, manipulation, acupuncture, and eventually surgery will, in time, produce osteoarthritis when the cartilage cells in the joints have eventually all died. It will produce deformity of the spine. It will produce crippling deformities of the limbs. Pain medications have their own life-threatening complications.
Cure # 4: Water prevents and cures angina.
Heart pain - angina - is a sign of water shortage in the heart/lung axis. It should be treated with increased water intake until the patient is free of pain and independent of medications. Medical supervision is prudent. However, increased water intake is angina's cure.
Cure # 5: Water prevents and cures migraines.
Migraine headache is a sign of water need by the brain and the eyes. It will totally clear up if dehydration is prevented from establishing in the body. The type of dehydration that causes migraine might eventually cause inflammation of the back of the eye and possibly loss of eye sight.
Cure #6: Water prevents and cures colitis.
Colitis pain is a signal of water shortage in the large gut. It is associated with constipation because the large intestine constricts to squeeze the last drop of water from the excrements - thus the lack of water lubrication.

Tragedy: Not recognizing colitis pain as a sign of dehydration will cause persistent constipation. Later in life, it will cause fecal impacting: it can cause diverticulitis, hemorrhoids and polyps, and appreciably increases the possibility of developing cancer of the colon and rectum.

Tragedy: Not recognizing hypertension as one of the major indicators of dehydration in the human body, and treating it with diuretics that further dehydrate the body will, in time, cause blockage by cholesterol of the heart arteries and the arteries that go to the brain. It will cause heart attacks and small or massive strokes that paralyze. It will eventually cause kidney disease. It will cause brain damage and neurological disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease.
Cure # 9: Water prevents and cures early adult-onset diabetes.
Adult-onset diabetes is another adaptive state to severe dehydration of the human body. To have adequate water in circulation and for the brain's priority water needs, the release of insulin is inhibited to prevent insulin from pushing water into all body cells. In diabetes, only some cells get survival rations of water. Water and some salt will reverse adult-onset diabetes in its early stages.

Tragedy: Not recognizing adult-onset diabetes as a complication of dehydration will, in time, cause massive damage to the blood vessels all over the body. It will cause eventual loss of the toes, feet and legs from gangrene. It will cause eye damage, even blindness.

High cholesterol levels are an indicator of early drought management by the body. Day 7


Today is day 6 in the LEMON CLEANSE.
Everything seems fine, my husband feels better, he has some abdominal pain still but bearable.
Today his stool is runny, watery, no particles except after the SALT WATER FLUSH.
Today he has a stiff neck that started yesterday, so far here are the symptoms of HEALING CRISIS that he experienced:
-increased joint and muscle pain (he has a preexistent condition),
-diarrhea
-aches, pains (stiff neck)
-nausea
-frequent urination

You know , what is really killing us ? Progress.
Every time somebody comes up with a time saving practical machine, he puts our health in danger.
Cooking methods that kill:
-Cooking in aluminum cookware.
-Cooking with microwave oven.
-Cooking on electric stove  (use gas or wood -burning stove).
-Cooking in Teflon, Tefal, Non stick  cookware.
Unfortunately, we all use these methods, and it will be hard changing our habits right away. I read somewhere that, if a bird happen to fly on top of a hot non stick cookware, he will fall and die, can you imagine that ? The problem is we breath and eat those toxins all the time and nothing happen right, that is why we don't realize how dangerous they are.  Remember we are still getting hurt, and GOD knows what is really going on inside of us.

Day 6



Today is Day 5 in the MASTER CLEANSE.
Even if he was dehydrated in the morning, we went ahead and did the SALT WATER FLUSH, that is how he can rinse out the toxins present in his bloodstream, we probably shouldn't  have skip it yesterday.
He looks much better today, after the salt water flush in the morning, he went to the bathroom only twice (more stool then yesterday).

40 DAYS CLEANUP

Day 5


Today is Day 4 in the MASTER CLEANSE, tough day for my husband.
In Day 1 and 2, he emptied his digestive track's content only after the SALT WATER FLUSH.
Yesterday Day 3, was his best day so far , he had energy, looked great, he simply was glowing , he was excited and pumped, he passed on liquid stool several times during the day.
Today is a bad day, he woke up with abdominal pain, had sort of palpitations, and felt dehydrated. He looks grey, toxic like skin tone. His stool was firmer and more frequent. We decided since he felt extremely dehydrated, NO SALT WATER FLUSH today , we don't want him to collapse.
