Here is a list of things that you will need for the 10 days MASTER CLEANSE:
-Enema kit,
-Organic Coffee (the smallest bag you can find, coffee is not good for you)
-Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (1/2 quart will be more then enough but keep in mind that you can still use it later).
-Organic Honey (at least 2 lbs)
-Organic Lemons ( 3 a day )
-Organic Maple Syrup Grade B ( it has to be grade B or it won't work, you will need at least 32 oz).
-Cayenne Pepper.
-Bentonite 1 table spoon /day (7 days)

-Herbal Cleansing Tea i tea bag a night, and if you want it sweet use STEVIA remember no sugar allowed.
