Day 4

Today is day 3 in the LEMON FAST.

You will be doing the same thing again, hang in there only few days to go.

By the way don't you feel great ?, my husband does. He weighed himself today and guess what, he weighs 242 pounds, three days ago he weighed 254 pounds , that is 12 pounds, isn't that amazing, and he is not even hungry. We are also excited about his psoriasis/eczema, his hands are not swelling anymore, they were so big that he couldn't open them or close them, today at least the size is normal , a thing that medical treatments failed to do.

No matter what your health issue is, take care of yourself, "you are what you eat or should i say you are what you absorb" ( i read it somewhere ) . The master cleanse will help you achieve that, good luck.
