Day 5

Today is Day 4 in the MASTER CLEANSE, tough day for my husband.

In Day 1 and 2, he emptied his digestive track's content only after the SALT WATER FLUSH.

Yesterday Day 3, was his best day so far , he had energy, looked great, he simply was glowing , he was excited and pumped, he passed on liquid stool several times during the day.

Today is a bad day, he woke up with abdominal pain, had sort of palpitations, and felt dehydrated. He looks grey, toxic like skin tone. His stool was firmer and more frequent. We decided since he felt extremely dehydrated, NO SALT WATER FLUSH today , we don't want him to collapse.

Let me explain what happened so far, the first days of the cleansing cleared the outer layer of toxins, now the cleansing is reaching the inner layer, the deep piles of toxins are being kicked out of his body, that is why he looks grey, the toxins are not stored anymore, they are being rinsed out.

This is why the cleansing need to be done for a minimum of 10 days, the load of toxins didn't happen overnight, but all your life, hang in there you are on the right track.
