Today is Day 5 in the MASTER CLEANSE.
Even if he was dehydrated in the morning, we went ahead and did the SALT WATER FLUSH, that is how he can rinse out the toxins present in his bloodstream, we probably shouldn't have skip it yesterday.
He looks much better today, after the salt water flush in the morning, he went to the bathroom only twice (more stool then yesterday).
The new thing today is, he started having pain in his neck muscles. This is a thing that he had often in the past "stiff neck" , he is having that now as a part of the HEALING CRISIS.
