Which one of us can resist to a sweet treat ?
We are all guilty, we are aware of the risks that we take while eating something sweet, but the truth is we can't help it, we can't resist it.
Here is a secret, it is not you, it's the sugar's fault, you are ADDICTED to it, the addiction to sugar is actually stronger then all the other possible addictions.
By sugar i mean, anything that is sweet, but also all that hiding sugar in breads, pasta, starchy food like potatoes and more.
